William H. Bowen was sworn in on January 5, 2010, as as Associate Justice of the Arkansas Supreme Court. Justice Bowen was appointed by Governor Mike Beebe to serve one year of the term of retired Associate Justice Annabelle Clinton Imber on the Arkansas Supreme Court.
